National Geographic's Adventure Magazine. Visitors will find outdoor fun in all
seasons within just a few minutes of downtown Saint Johnsbury. The Kingdom Trails
is home to the best mountain biking in the United States. Lake Willoughby offers
pristine swimming, boating and scuba diving in a 300ft deep glacial lake. Burke
Mountain offers great skiing for kids and adults. And there are countless streams,
rivers, ponds and reservoirs to explore by Kayak, Canoe or tube floating trips.

Lake Willoughby is considered by some to be Vermont's most beautiful lake. Scuba divers from
all over the east coast come to Willoughby to explore the 300+ feet of glacial water. It's a 30 minute
drive from downtown Saint Johnsbury.

The Saint Johnsbury are is a swimmers paradise. There are countless rivers, ponds, lakes and reservoirs
to swim in. Not to mention the city pools in Saint Johnsbury and Lyndonville. In the very near future, we

Walking
Walkers can put in their winter miles indoors at the Green Mountain Mall. The Mall encourages
walkers to enjoy the mall. 6 laps around the mall is a mile (.17 miles per lap) and takes
about 2 minutes at a brisk pace.
